In the Brassica oleracea species, the Cauliflower is a head of white flowers that has a sweet and nutty flavor with bitter undertones. The vegetables can be eaten baked, roaster, steamed, sauteed, or fried. It is a versitile vegetable than can replace grains to create dishes like pasta, pizza crust, and rice.
